I mean, usually the snakes and spiders aren't underfoot anyway? I mean I did step on a spider once, but that was in the shower, so I wouldn't have been wearing shoes anyway. Also it was just a huntsman.

They better hope that coating separates the two metals. Add salt to two different metals and electrolysis eats holes. Maybe they should have sacrificial zincs bolted to the tailgate like on an outboard!
