There's a similar movement for raw honey, which is basically regular honey but can give you botulism, trigger allergic reactions, or straight up poison you. On the plus side, you get to eat the dead bee parts that are usually filtered out, so that's fun.
My brain caught on to stupid things and connected them to the events and made them into triggers. Mom's perfume. The sound of glass shattering or a door banging open. A song that was playing at the time. Even now I still hate the song but at least it doesn't trigger a flashback anymore. Blood on beige carpet featured prominently in my nightmares.
