My brother lives in an HOA in America and it sounds almost as bad as the communism my family grew up in in Ukraine. Do not do it. Anyone who wants an HOA is a tyrant busy body loser with no life or an enemy of freedom.

I can't imagine this for myself. Like literally no hobbies, no one to hang out with who encourages her to pursue new ventures, no energy invested into bettering herself. Sad. Anyway, I'll end my six hours of Reddit binging and do something productive now!
